Kappa Meen Curry Recipe
- 1 fish, 450 gram (any firm white fish, cut into pieces)
- kappa cup (peeled and cut into small cubes)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- One tomato (chopped)
- 2 green peppers (slit)
- Ginger-garlic paste, one teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1-tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon dried coriander
- Grated coconut, 1/2 cup
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- two dried red peppers
- 1 curry leaf sprig
- Salt as desired
- A cooking oil
Instructions for making Kappa Meen Curry Recipe
- Heat oil in a pan before adding mustard seeds.
- Add the curry leaves and dry red chilies after they begin to sizzle.
- Green chilis and diced onion should be added. Cook the onion until it becomes yellow.
- After adding, heat the ginger-garlic paste for 1 minute.
